WHAT IS THE CLB COURSE ABOUT?
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is an organizational system for scaling agile development to multiple teams.
LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles, such as empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams, and provides a framework for applying that at scale. It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.
The Certified LeSS Basics course is a brief introduction into the LeSS Framework with some of the essential concepts that it uses.
Our company specialises in partnering with senior leadership of companies to maximize their business performance through deep organizational optimization. And our practice shows that Large-Scale Scrum provides a solid foundation for designing structures and processes within the product development part of organizations that need high adaptability for value maximization.
