Helping others understand the practical meaning of different types of adaptability as necessary to maximize the organization’s performance in its unique context.
Supporting leadership team in overcoming multiple pitfalls in creating a bespoke organizational design optimized for different kinds of adaptability alongside other context-specific optimization goals.
Promoting and supporting the organizational evolution while avoiding common traps in continuous organizational learning, managing associated risks, and flexibly adapting to strategic changes.

MODULE 1 (4h)

Understand the SMART Evolution Process, including evolution cycles, steps comprising them, and the phased change strategy with respective risk management approach.
Understand conceptually the SMART Effecttiveness™ principles for the Holistic Organizational Design
MODULE 2 (4h)

Understand different types of adaptiveness
Be able to identify whether they might be beneficial in any given organizational context
Be able to define relevant progress indicators for adaptiveness-based optimization goals
MODULE 3 (4h)

Understand flow efficiency and resource efficiency in the context of any organizational level, from one team to the entire company.
Understand the challenge of simultaneously improving both.
Be able to develop a practical approach to overcome this challenge.

Understand conceptually the principles of optimizing organizational solutions for high adaptability:
Manager-led vs self-management
Authority and responsibility
Line management and HR practices
True product groups, value areas, and teams
Work management and tackling dependencies
MODULE 5 (4h)

Understand the specifics of scope definition, optimization goal setting, preparation for change, post-change support, monitoring, and validation when optimizing for adaptability
MODULE OF PRACTICE (4h)

Although all preceding modules allocate 50% of the time to short practical tasks corresponding to particular topics, this module is fully devoted to hands-on experience in applying the learning from the entire program level.
The first five modules provide a gradual learning experience with 50/50 of theory and practice. The material of every subsequent module is based on your learning from the previous ones.

While mentorship sessions are included to support candidates, they may not be sufficient on their own, as your actual practice with real-life cases is the most critical factor.
The possession of the current level’s Graduate Certificate and previous level’s Professional Certificate are prerequisites.
