Understand the SMART Evolution Process, including evolution cycles and the steps comprising them.
Understand the phased change strategy and the respective risk management approach.
Be able to embed mechanisms that enable organizational adaptability for strategic pivoting.

Be able to spot common problems stemming from organizational setups that fail to comply with design principles.

Although all preceding modules allocate 50% of the time to short practical tasks corresponding to particular topics, this module is fully devoted to hands-on experience in applying the learning from the entire program level.
The first five modules provide a gradual learning experience with 50/50 of theory and practice. The material of every subsequent module is based on your learning from the previous ones.

Professional Executive with SMART Effectiveness™
This certificate is not guaranteed! It is awarded only upon the successful completion of all steps in the theoretical and practical examination when you choose the optional Skill Validation service.
While mentorship sessions are included to support candidates, they may not be sufficient on their own, as your actual practice with real-life cases is the most critical factor.
Possession of the current level’s Graduate Certificate and the previous level’s Professional Certificate is a prerequisite.
