Together with your leadership team, we define a part of your business (usually, the most concerning) for our 3-in-1 audit, including Organizational Audit (learn more), Technical Audit (learn more), and Goals Management Audit (learn more).
We observe various meetings, informally speak to people in various roles, as well as learn from existing documentation. We look at how people act, interact, and make decisions, as well as how the organization is designed involving its structures with roles and responsibilities, processes, various management functions, as well as HR policies and practices, such as performance evaluation, professional and career development, salary management, etc.

3 - 4: CO-CREATE THE TARGET ORG DESIGN
Based on the shared understanding of the unique organizational context within the defined scope, including the underlying deeply rooted drivers of the concerning outcomes, we conduct an Executive Workshop (learn more) to co-create the optimization goals and draft the holistic organizational design - including structures, roles and responsibilities, management functions, processes, reward systems and people related practices.
This will become the basis that will be validated through a subsequent series of sessions with an extended group involving change agents - those who will actively support the change implementation afterwards.
As a result, you will have the target for your reorganization, including specific metrics to measure progress.
5 - 6. PREPARE, REORGANIZE, MEASURE… AND THRIVE!
We partner with your leadership team extended by a group of change agents in all major activities to ensure that everything is well prepared for the upcoming change, including information and training for people, regular feedback, and working with resistance.
Once the change is done, even previously educated people still need continuous support to help them adapt their behaviours and processes, especially when building teamwork at the scale of multi-team collaboration. We accelerate the internal growth of expertise in the respective critical functions, usually called Scrum Master or Agile Coach (learn more). We can also temporarily boost the capacity of these functions (learn more) until you are well-staffed.
Together with your leadership team, we start measuring the progress towards the defined optimization goals and validating the key assumptions. Ultimately, a decision is made to stay with the current organizational setup or move to the next Evolution Cycle, within the current scope or expanding it further.
